知更鸟Begin主题新版本修改评论管理员标识Admin改成博主

Begin主题更新版本后因代码位置已修改，旧教程已无用，这里给出begin最终LTS版本的修改方法。

一、编辑inc/inc.php文件（修改前先备份），大致在716行
